Stunning! Rare Vintage 1950s Mink Cape -Capelet-Filene's of Boston- in great conditon! Don't buy new fur, upcycle! From a new England estate

We don't usually deal with furs, but the estate owner wanted us to sell this for her. We look at this as a way to upcycle and give new life to a vintage treasure, as an alternative to a new fur. See details including small flaws below.
The estate owner gave us this cape's history to share:
The owner of this fur was a woman who lost her parents while she was in high school. With the encouragement of extended family and friends she left her small town, moved to the city and found a bit of success. This was not as easy for a young woman then, as it is today. She saved money and treated herself to this cape/jacket. She kept this coat in her closet after she stopped wearing it as a token of memories and a reminder that she was able to succeed when life was difficult.

Filene's Department Store was an institution in Boston and popular in the 1950s. The logo on the label gives us a pretty clear time of sale as the mid to late 1950s.

As expected for it's age, there are several small bald spots throughout the coat, we tried to get them in photos, but we had to get up close - there is one on the bottom in front as seen in main photo. It appears the seams are intact, except in one small spot on the upper back the fur has slightly pulled away from the seam, an easy fix but not necessary. There may be a bit of pulling away at the front clasp as well. Overall these are small issues.

The cape has two straps to hold it in place, has a collar and is front single hidden clasp closure. The front is the folded over style designed to provide a place to keep your hands warm.

All measurements are approximate and taken with the garment laying flat - we aren't seamstresses and do our best. Keep in mind this is not a structured coat:
19" shoulder to shoulder - the style is designed to fall from the shoulders, we chose to measure from where the garment seems to accommodate shoulders
From the neck line down the front - longest aprox 22 inches in front (where the fold over falls, and shortest 16 1/2 inches at the side
Back measured from under the collar- is about 18 inches long.
